I contacted your company for assistance in selling a piece of rental
property. Since I live more than 5 hours away, I was in need of special
help to get some things done to make the home salable. When I called, I
spoke with an agent by the name of Mary Ann Sawyers. During the course
of the last several months Ms. Sawyers has been interacting with me
long distance through email, phone, and fax to find a buyer and to
oversee various repair that needed to be done to market the home.
Yesterday, the sale was successfully completed, and I believe a fair
value was obtained for my house.
I would like to commend Ms.

"spot on" the job. She always returned my calls without fail in an

she probably had some tough days, many deadlines and loose ends of
other jobs to wrap up... but you could never tell it. I was her "only
client" for that time she was with me.
Ms. Sawyers was a total
professional, and I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant or
satisfying experience with an agent. She reflects very positively on
your company and I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone
needed to buy or sell a house. If Ms. Sawyers is representative of all
your agents, your company should stay on top in the Victoria area for a
long time!
